Welcome to Dignity Guidance, accessible via dignityguidance.pro. By engaging our senior legal support with care planning focus, purchasing any digital or physical products, or accessing any infoproduct, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Dignity Guidance offers tailored legal consultations and care planning strategies for seniors. Scheduling and delivery details will be provided upon booking. You may request to reschedule a session by contacting us no less than 48 hours prior via our contact form or by phone at +97435704241. If a session is cancelled by Dignity Guidance, you will be offered alternative dates.
Cancellations initiated by clients less than 48 hours before a scheduled session or no-shows are not eligible for a reimbursement, as preparation and allocation of expert time incur commitment costs. Transfers of services to another individual require written approval and may incur an administrative fee.
2. Digital Products
Digital infoproducts may include guides, templates, and online courses related to senior legal and care planning. Delivery occurs immediately upon purchase. Should you encounter technical issues accessing digital material, contact us within seven calendar days for support. If material is defective or inaccessible, we will replace the item or issue a reimbursement, provided no significant use has occurred.
3. Goods
Physical materials, such as printed guides or planning kits, will be shipped to the address provided at purchase. Please inspect upon arrival and notify us of any damage within five calendar days. Eligible interactions or reimbursements will be processed after receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Policy
To request a reimbursement, clients must submit a detailed description of the issue via our contact form or by calling +97435704241. Reimbursements are issued through the original payment channel or, if not available, as store credit. Requests are reviewed within ten business days of receipt.
For services with explicit no-reimbursement terms, such as bespoke legal strategies that involve comprehensive case preparation, no reimbursement will be processed, as extensive work is undertaken immediately upon engagement. We reserve the right to offer partial credit toward future services at our discretion.
Clients transferring services to another party must obtain prior approval. Administrative fees may apply, and any balance will be credited to the new service schedule.
